What is Tuning Fork Therapy?
Uses calibrated metal tuning forks to apply specific vibrations to different parts of the body. This can help release tension and blocked energy. It works similarly to acupuncture using sound frequencies for point stimulation instead of needles.

Tuning forks assist the immune system and help stimulate the body to self heal. Because our bodies are made up of water and water conducts sound the body is an excellent resonator for sound and vibrational healing .
What happens during a healing session?
You will be invited to lay down on the healing table fully clothed. Tracey will explain what she will be doing during the session. Tracey will then facilitate healing using Tuning Forks, which will create powerful results.
What are some benefits of Tuning Forks?
These techniques can reduce stress, mood swings and blood pressure, lower cholesterol, help manage pain and improve sleep. Although there are many methods, a few common ones include binaural beats, tuning fork therapy, vibrational sound therapy and music for healing. There’s plenty of research still to be done, but studies have demonstrated its ability to boost relaxation and overall well-being.

My spiritual journey started as a newborn having had a cardiac arrest and passing through the veil to the other side. I always sensed the spirit around me. I grew up in a spiritual home as my mother was a well know medium & healer for many years. Being a true empath I was always drawn to help mankind, the animal Kingdom and our beloved mother earth. I always knew there was more to this 3-dimensional world than what we saw with our human eyes.
Through my own healing, learning, and immense growth, I journeyed to the remembrance of my true self. To live through the heart space, to look deep into my own shadow self to find strength, respect of self, and freedom. To fully love me unconditionally. Through this, I became even more empathic to humanity's suffering. Vowing to do whatever I could to ease people's pain & trauma. So they too can feel the unconditional love of spirit and move through life with ease & grace. To awaken to their true divinity soul self.
