• Grounding & Protection Meditation + Black Tourmaline Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowl.

• Then Sound Bath  ( Crystal Charka Singing Bowls, Tibetan Singing Bowls, Vintage Japanese Buddhist Monk Singing Bowls, Brass Singing Bowls, Kunzite Alchemy Singing Bowl, Tourmaline Alchemy Singing Bowl, Turquoise Crystal Singing Bowl. Plus Koshi Bamboo Chimes and Tuning Forks. As well as a Shaman Root Chakra Sound Scape ( Rebirth of Mother Earth ) Drums, Rain Stick, Birds, Rattles, Wind & Rain.

• Then a rest period. ​
